White Walkers Fall Short at Thunder Bay
Buffalo second baseman Max Bortenschlager had a good game, even if his team did not. The White Walkers dropped a 7-6 decision to Thunder Bay at Great Northern Field. Bortenschlager hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. With the win, Thunder Bay goes to 2-1.

Naganori Takahashi was the walk-off hero for Thunder Bay. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Northern Lions BC third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
