Niagara Falls rode a good effort from starter Michael Fillmore to beat the Washington Generals at Waterfall Park. The final score was 2-1. The Generals drop to 7-7 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2038 season.

One important at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the seventh inning. Facing Washington hurler Hang-fu Xiong, Juan Mireles hit a single. The Expos went on to win.
