Eibe Schmidt made an impact in the 9-4 Lancaster win over Biloxi. Schmidt was 4-5 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. The 7th-place Farmers have won 6 consecutive games.

Schmidt had a game-changing single in the top of the 11th. On a 2-2 cutter from Samuel Tuffley, he banged a run-scoring single to center, giving the Farmers a 5-4 lead. It was the 15th hit of the year for Schmidt.
