Raimbault has 3 hit night to Pull Voodoo to .500

The New Orleans Voodoo stopped the Vancouver Grey Wolves, 8-1, behind an impressive performance from Alexis Raimbault. The 32-year old left fielder made life miserable for Vancouver pitching. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Ralph Greer got the win, improving to 4-2. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 4 hits and 1 run, while striking out 6 and walking 2. The 'W' lifts New Orleans's record to 41-41.
With New Orleans leading 2-0 in the bottom of the second, Raimbault hit a changeup from Yoo-chul Mun for a 2-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Voodoo ahead, 4-0.
"We maximized our offense today," said New Orleans skipper Chase Sims. "That makes everyone's life easier."
