The Casper Ghosts beat the Richland Rails, 4-3, at The Graveyard. The win was largely due to the efforts of first baseman Teok-kyu Pak, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Tomás Mata got the win, improving to 1-1. He worked 5 innings, giving up 3 runs on 8 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 2. Marty McFly got the save, the 1st for him this season.

Pak contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Casper in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, Pak took a cutter from Cameron Thoresen and stroked the home run to left. His 3rd home run of the season allowed the Ghosts to leap in front, 4-2.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Pak.

The losing skid has reached 6 games for Richland.
