The Toledo Stingers did just enough to sneak past the Montana Pandas, 9-8, at Pacesetter Park. Toledo second baseman Adam Clements earned player of the game honors. The Stingers move to 49-59 with the win, while the Pandas drop to 43-65.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Toledo designated hitter Roy Bowman, facing Francisco García, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Stingers the 9-8 win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Clements told reporters after the game.
