Knights Lose to Browns, 7-5
|
The Cleveland Browns topped the Kingston Township Knights by the score of 7-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Katsuhiko Ishihara. Ishihara went 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Browns on the day. Today's win puts Cleveland at 46-37, while Kingston Township falls to 42-41.
Cleveland took a 7-2 lead on Ishihara's 3rd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Greguorio Espora in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Cleveland to the win.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Ishihara.
