Cattlemen Come Back Late to Clip Rocketeers
Seattle pitcher Luqman Barcoo gave the Cattlemen all they could handle, but in the end, Ft. Worth left Boeing Dome with a 3-1 win. Barcoo allowed 3 earned runs on 6 hits over 8 innings. Hiroaki Kouda earned the save, his 2nd, for the Cattlemen. The 'W' lifts Ft. Worth's record to 50-33.

The outcome might have been different for Ft. Worth, had it not been for Keiran Calleson, the 27-year old shortstop . Calleson stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put Ft. Worth up, 3-1. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
