Laurel Delivers Walk-Off Win for BC
New Orleans right fielder Griffin Woodfinlevine was sensational. He went 4 for 5 with 3 doubles, while scoring 3 runs, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Philadelphia 1776 beat the Voodoo, 6-5. Woodfinlevine was named the player of the game despite the loss. At 26-31, Philadelphia 1776 is in 6th place in the Premier League.

Late in the game, right fielder Arsenio Laurel had a big at-bat for Philadelphia 1776. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single off José Pacheco. The play gave the BC a 6-5 lead.

"It feels good to get this one," Laurel told the Philadelphia 1776 Today.
