Brinkley played host to Sunset District at the friendly confines of Belugas Ballpark.
The Brinkley Belugas stopped the Sunset District Fog, 6-2, at Belugas Ballpark. The Belugas got a big game from Guy Toussaint, who was 2-3 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Augusto Durán got credit for the win, improving to 4-4. He allowed 2 runs on 6 hits in 5 innings. Pedro Huerta was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 4 of 6 save opportunities.
In the first inning, Toussaint had a 2-run home run for Brinkley. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Belugas on top, 3-0.
