The Port Royal Disaster knocked off the Jersey City Tritons, 7-6, at Ballpark of Port Royal. Júlio Morín Jr., who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Port Royal won. The second baseman went 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Port Royal reliever Júlio Díaz was the winner. His record is now 4-1. The losing pitcher was Jeff Enamorado. Port Royal is third in the Premier AAA with a record of 44-43.

Port Royal won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With no outs and Jeff Enamorado on the mound for Jersey City, pinch hitter Douglas von Bittenfeld hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Disaster fans to their feet.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Port Royal manager Omer van Osch.
