Brinkley got an elite performance from starting pitcher Augusto Durán in taking a 6-1 decision over the Calgary Lynx. De John Cleland notched his 1st save in 1 chances. Brinkley currently is in third place in the Premier AAA at 42-43.

Brinkley used the clutch hitting of Calvin Wilms to capture the win. The first baseman drilled a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to give the Belugas the lead, 3-0. For the game, Wilms had 1 single and 1 double in 3 at-bats.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Wilms said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
