Scranton center fielder António Casas was sensational. He was 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Texas beat the Supernovas, 6-4. Casas was named the player of the game despite the loss. The 9th-place Bronze Sox have won 5 straight.

Texas took a 6-4 lead on Riley Walker's 6th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Scranton pitcher León Vallejo in the bottom of the ninth.
