The Port Royal Disaster got a stellar performance from pitcher José Blanco, who handcuffed the Brinkley offense en route to a 5-2 win at Ballpark of Port Royal. The Disaster' win now puts them at 22-20.

The Disaster got a big at-bat from left fielder Ron Stewart. For the game, Stewart was 1 for 3 with a walk. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 8th hit of the season gave Port Royal a 3-2 lead.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Stewart said after the game.
