Victory Over Voodoo Takes Portland to 28-16
Portland Evergreens starter Robert Smalls was in fine form against the New Orleans Voodoo at The Voodoo Lounge, leading his team to a 6-2 win. Earning his 1st save for Portland was Seong-hyeon Yi. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for the Evergreens.

Portland used the clutch hitting of Fernando Soto to capture the win. The right fielder drilled a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to give the Evergreens the lead, 3-0. For the game, Soto had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Smalls said.
