Proctor Sensational for Bronze Sox
|
It was a fun time at Bronze Sox Park, where the Scranton Supernovas and Texas Bronze Sox tangled.
The Texas Bronze Sox got a stellar performance from pitcher Fred Proctor, who handcuffed the Scranton offense en route to a 4-0 win at Bronze Sox Park. The Supernovas fall to 8-9 and continue their wobbly start to the 2038 season.
The Supernovas had trouble solving Proctor, who surrendered no earned runs on 2 hits over 7.1 innings.
In postgame comments to the Texas Observer, Proctor said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
