Behind a solid performance from third baseman Norm Chodorow, the Jersey City Tritons defeated the Texas Bronze Sox, 7-4. Chodorow went 2-2 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Tritons. Nobuhito Tanaka picked up the win with 6 innings of work.
