The Milton Dogfish Head faced a tough opponent in Pennsauken pitcher Fred Gunther, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Milton Corner Tavern by a final score of 4-3. Gunther went 6 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Milton reliever Ricky O'Toole picked up the win to move to 3-1. Suhaila Zainuddin suffered the loss. The 4th-place Flyers have lost 4 straight games.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Milton trailing 3-2, Arturo Scantlebury hit a fastball from Suhaila Zainuddin to left for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Dogfish Head had a walk-off win.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Scantlebury said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
