Coyotes Rally to Eke Out Win
The Hamilton Coyotes did just enough to secure a 3-2 victory over the Milton Dogfish Head at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. Nobody did more than pitcher Francisco Díaz, who captured player of the game honors. Even with the win, the Coyotes have a dismal 16-39 record.

The game was at a stalemate until shortstop Elia Amberezzio came to bat in the bottom of the tenth. Facing Milton pitcher Larcena Pennington, he hit a 2-2 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Hamilton on top, 3-2.

"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Amberezzio.
