BC Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
|
Sam White pitched a gem to lead Houston to a 2-0 victory over the Augusta Timber Hawks. Abdul-Nasir Rabah locked down his 9th save. The BC improved to a lofty 19-8.
Walt Miller tagged a home run off Ean Somoza in the bottom of the sixth. His 2-run blast put the BC on top, 2-0. In all, Miller had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Miller told the Houston Today.
