Browns Bang Out 6-3 Win Versus Montana
|
The Cleveland Browns picked up a win at Factory of Sadness, knocking off the Montana Pandas, 6-3. On the mound for Cleveland was right-hander Natalino Golaio, who played a pivotal role in the win. In 7 innings, Golaio surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 3. He allowed 3 runs. Tom Holloway, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 5th save.
Lauren Hilfiker hit a 2-run triple off Mark Sanders in the bottom of the fifth, which put the Browns in front, 4-3. Hilfiker had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.
"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Golaio told the Cleveland Daily.
