Martínez Hits 2 home runs in Stingers Win
Getting a good performance from right fielder Alfredo Martínez, the Toledo Stingers defeated the Cleveland Browns, 5-0. Martínez belted 2 home runs for the Stingers. The Browns fall to 9-10 and continue their wobbly start to the 2038 season.

Francisco Alfaro had a big 2-run home run for the Stingers in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Toledo leading 2-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a curveball from Ignacio Uribe and stroked the home run to right. It was his 1st home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Stingers ahead, 4-0.

"If the personal accolades come, so be it," said Martínez. "I just want to win ballgames."
