Cleveland starter Dale Snider had a strong outing against the Kingston Township Knights at Factory of Sadness. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 5-1 win. Tom Holloway closed it out for his 1st save. The Browns raised their record to 3-4.
Richard Trevithick, who is the top prospect in the Browns organization, contributed to the Cleveland win with a solo home run in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 1 run batted in.
"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Cleveland manager Greg Diersing.
