Amarillo Hurler Wins 3R Pitcher of the Year Award Monday, September 28th, 2037 Shigochiyo Tanaka of the Amarillo Warheads outdid his pitching peers this year and has been honored with the 2037 M3L Rookie Pitcher of the Year Award. During his remarkable year Tanaka posted a 14-2 record in 23 starts. In 145.2 innings he yielded 103 hits and 37 walks while striking out 170 and compiling a fine 1.67 ERA. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Alberto López of the Amarillo Warheads finished second in voting, while Iván Polanco of the Canonniers de Quebec finished third.
