Toledo Hurls Masterpiece Monday, August 17th, 2037 The bats were ice cold today for the Franklin Fire at Foresters Stadium. Moose Jaw Canucks starter Ángel Toledo kept the Fire cold all day, shutting them out in a 5-0 victory. In a fine outing, the 20-year-old hurler allowed 1 hit while striking out 12 and walking 1. "I'm not quite sure what was different today," Toledo admitted later. "I didn't feel like I was doing anything differently, but the results speak for themselves." This season Toledo has chalked up a 2.03 ERA while ringing up no saves with 8 wins and 4 losses.
