Sandoval Named 2037 SAA Outstanding Hitter Award Winner Monday, October 12th, 2037 Fernando Sandoval took USSL Double A by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 22. For his spectacular campaign, the Lancaster Farmers star has been named the 2037 USSL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award recipient. "To be considered amongst the best in the league is overwhelming," said the right fielder. On the season he compiled a .367 batting average to go with a .442 on-base percentage. The native of Soacha, Colombia also added 33 doubles, 1 triple, 22 home runs, 87 RBIs and 70 runs scored. He received 6 first place votes out of a possible 10.
