Whales Win Tight Silver AA Race Thursday, September 17th, 2037 Members of the Virginia Beach Whales say winning the Silver AA title is special, but ultimately they will only be remembered with a championship season. "We want to put ourselves in the history books and win the SL AA Championship," said center fielder Leon Green. "We all believe it can happen, it's just a matter of putting in the hard work and getting the breaks." It's the 2nd division win for the club and they will be vying for their 4th SL AA Championship win. "To see the team get here, it makes you believe in yourself and all the systems you've put in place," said manager Bernie Drake. |
