Ottawa Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Monday, September 1st, 2036 David Blake said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Ottawa Nationals after they missed the M3L Double A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. Ottawa last appeared in the postseason in 2016. This is their 20th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 19 times in their 21-year history. |
