Tritons Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, September 16th, 2037 The Jersey City Tritons will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2037 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Jersey City was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Jersey City last appeared in the postseason in 2029. This is their 8th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 19 times in their 22-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Tritons have missed the playoffs 8 times. Jersey City has won the SL AAA Championship 4 times in their history. |
