Rowdy Players Suspended by League Sunday, June 7th, 2037 After an intense confrontation, both the Disaster Jesús Ruano and the Rocks Kyu-cheol P'yo were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Port Royal-Plymouth game. Jesús Ruano will miss 4 games, while Kyu-cheol P'yo was suspended for 8 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Jesús Ruano commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." So far this year P'yo has no saves in 6 relief appearances with a 0-0 record and 6.23 ERA. |
