Darrah Picked PAAA Player of the Week Monday, May 25th, 2037 26-year-old Anson Darrah made a few Port Royal headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USPL Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 8 hits in 18 at-bats to put up a .444 average. Darrah collected 1 home run, 5 RBIs and scored 4 runs. This season Darrah is batting .286 with 12 RBIs, 12 runs scored and 4 home runs. |
