Shiu Grabs PAAA Reliever of the Year Award Tuesday, October 6th, 2037 Quan Shiu came out of the bullpen and worked through tough situations all year, and for his performance he's been named the recipient of the USPL Triple A Reliever of the Year Award for 2037. The 27-year-old out of Taipei, Taiwan captured the award with 6 saves in 26 relief appearances, 38 strikeouts in 36 innings and a record of 5 wins and 3 losses to go with his 2.00 ERA. "I'm thankful, it's a great honor," he told Baseball News Network. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 10. Jasper Jordan of the Calgary Lynx finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Chet Saks of the Port Royal Disaster finished third.
