Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Friday, September 18th, 2037 Jesús Guillén of the Plymouth Rocks and Patrick Buzard of the Port Royal Disaster will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Rocks-Disaster game at Plymouth Quarry. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Guillén and Buzard will begin serving them soon. Posting a .279 batting average to date, Guillén has 14 home runs and 60 RBIs. This season Buzard has compiled a 4-3 mark with a 4.35 ERA. |
