Ugly Incident Ends in 4-Game Suspension Thursday, September 17th, 2037 Rocks center fielder Conrad Hessing will begin a 4-game suspension today for a confrontation with an umpire in a recent Plymouth-Port Royal clash. The league suspended him for "inappropriate and aggressive actions" toward an umpire. Hessing profusely argued a third strike call and was eventually ejected by the home plate umpire. In his season totals, Hessing has 1 home run, .266 BA, .311 OBP, 10 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has played in 43 games. |
