Weston Doyle Wins PAAA Trophy Monday, July 13th, 2037 So far in his young career, Weston Doyle has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Brinkley Belugas center fielder hit at a torrid .571 clip as he collected 8 hits in 14 at-bats, 2 home runs, 2 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This year Doyle has collected a .350 batting average to date with 14 hits in 40 at-bats, 6 RBIs, 4 home runs and scored 9 times. He has played in 10 games. |
