Park Headed for Retirement Tuesday, June 16th, 2037 Seong-rae Park said he's incredibly grateful for getting a chance to play with the Pennsauken Flyers organization, but this season will be his last. "I'm extremely loyal to the team, but that's why I have to walk away. I think there's probably someone younger and better who can come in and take my spot," the 36-year-old said. "I'm grateful for all the opportunities I've gotten in pro ball." Park has compiled a 22-20 career mark, pitched in 61 games, been credited with no saves and posted a 4.94 ERA. He has 305 strikeouts in 364.1 innings pitched. |
