Baker of Athletic Club KC Crowned Best Player Monday, July 13th, 2037 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Triple A, but last week Todd Baker of the Athletic Club KC Reserves reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Baker rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (8-for-16), 2 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Baker is batting .281 with 55 hits, 10 home runs, 31 RBIs, .380 OBP and has scored 29 runs. |
