York Shut Out by Grinter
Saturday, May 9th, 2037
Kini Grinter was in a mood to talk following the Chicago Gold Sox contest against the York Revolution, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Revolution, 4-0.
"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Grinter said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."
The right-hander blanked York on a 1-hitter, allowing no walks and racking up 11 strikeouts.
