USSL Single A Picks Top Performer Monday, June 1st, 2037 20-year-old Kjartan Einarsson made a few Chicago headlines during this past week as the rookie shortstop proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Single A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 15 hits in 25 at-bats to put up a .600 average. Einarsson collected no home runs, 6 RBIs and scored 3 runs. Currently Einarsson is batting .295 with 1 home run and 11 RBIs. |
