League Gives Seth and Chen 3-Game Suspensions Monday, August 10th, 2037 During a recent Cape Coral-Grand Forks game at Margaritaville Park, Sadiya Seth of the Reefers and Yang-cheng Chen of the Caterpillars got into an altercation on the field and had to be separated from each other as the benches emptied. Both players knew they would have to face the music and today the league commissioner's office announced their punishments. They have been given 3-game suspensions because of their actions. Posting a .162 batting average to date, Seth has no home runs and 4 RBIs. This season Chen has picked up no saves and posted a 4-4 record with a 4.67 ERA. He has 20 relief appearances, tossed 34.2 innings and struck out 32. |
