The Buffalo White Walkers moved to within one game of the Round 2 today, downing the Houston 1837 BBC on the road at Houston Grounds by a score of 6-4. White Walkers first baseman Je-myung Yu was named player of the game after he went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. The win gives the White Walkers a - advantage in the best-of- Third League Championship.

The most crucial at-bat for Buffalo came in the top of the ninth inning. That's when Yu stroked a 1-2 slider to left for a 2-run double, putting Buffalo up, 5-4.
