Wallace Now 4-8 After Subduing Otters
|
Franklin and Tulsa duked it out at Lawmen Ballpark and the Fire came out victorious.
In a well-pitched game between the Franklin Fire and the Tulsa Otters, pitcher Tim Wallace was superb. The Franklin left-hander was named the player of the game in Franklin's 3-0 win. Even with the win, the Fire have a dismal 27-62 record.
Wallace, now 4-8, scattered 1 hit over 8 innings for the Fire.
"I know we have our doubters," said Tulsa manager Bill Callahan. "But I still have high hopes for this team."
