Right-hander Justin Frederick mesmerized the Capital Hill Interns while leading the Quebec City Baby Blues to a 4-0 victory. The 9th-place Interns have lost 7 consecutive games.

Quebec City used the timely hitting of Ji-hyun Yi to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the third inning to put the Baby Blues on top, 4-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Yi said.
