Fans who gathered at Ballpark of Fresno saw a good contest between the Phoenix Hotspur Academy and Montgomery Biscuits.

Fraser Childs did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Montgomery Biscuits from losing, 6-4, to the Phoenix Hotspur Academy at Ballpark of Fresno. Childs was 2 for 3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Cipriano Cereceres earned the save, his 1st, for the Hotspur Academy.

Phoenix took a 5-1 lead on Man-su Sin's 8th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Sin hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Montgomery pitcher Boris Milatovic visibly frustrated.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Sin.

The Hotspur Academy now own a record of 42-30.
