The Hicksville Hounds and Twinsburg Tigers lit up the scoreboard at Dodge Field.

The Hicksville Hounds topped the Twinsburg Tigers by the score of 10-8, with the biggest share of the credit going to shortstop Rafael Briones. Briones was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Hounds on the day. Ostasz Pochuev closed the door for Hicksville, picking up his 2nd save of the year.

Briones had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 1-0 cutter from Hsiao-lou Lei, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Hounds a 10-7 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Briones.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Briones. "And not try to do too much."

With the loss, Twinsburg drops to 3-2.
