Pocoroba 'Lights Out' in Franklin Win
Biff Pocoroba was superb against Quebec City. The left-hander, who is tied for 3rd in the SR with a 1.03 WHIP, had a forkball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a 8-4 Fire victory. Aubrey Swanson nailed down his 8th save. The last-place Fire improved to 19-40.

Pocoroba scattered 2 hits over 7 innings for the Fire. With the win, Pocoroba moves to 4-7 on the year with 81 strikeouts.
