Syracuse starter Ralph Minor pitched effectively against the Washington Generals at Storm Park. The right-hander led his team to a 6-4 win. Chun-yeong Byung-Ho was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 13 of 14 save opportunities. Syracuse leads the Silver A by 2˝ games.

In the bottom of the first, Broderick Sarcoma hit a 2-run double for Syracuse. The 13th double of the season for the Syracuse second baseman put the Storm on top, 2-0.
