The Alameda Airmen got a superb performance from pitcher Kian-zhi Zhou, but the Chicago Tula still won the game, 2-1. Zhou was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 6 innings of 5-hit ball. Reliever Mario Quintero picked up the win. His record improves to 2-0. Kian-zhi Zhou took the loss. Ken Fulton Jr. nailed down his 1st save.

Chicago took a 2-1 lead on Kjartan Einarsson's 1st home run of the season. The solo home run came off Alameda pitcher Kian-zhi Zhou in the bottom of the seventh.

"It was a good effort all around," said Einarsson.

The Airmen fall to 5-10 and continue their lackluster start in 2037.
