Expos Topple Torch, 5-2

The Niagara Falls Expos got a stellar performance from pitcher Edison Carter, who handcuffed the Mancelona offense en route to a 5-2 win at Torch Field. Niagara Falls is now 3-2.
Barney Wilson had a big run-scoring single for the Expos in the top of the sixth inning. With Niagara Falls leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a curveball from George Kipcak and stroked the single to right-center. It was his 2nd hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Expos ahead, 3-1.
"I really like what we did out there today," Wilson said after the game.
