Mancelona Torch starter Zi-cheng Yang was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Niagara Falls Expos, 5-4. Reliever Amadi Azagba picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Alfonso Hadalgo took the loss. Mancelona is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 1st in 4 games.

Jacques Viceronte was the walk-off hero for Mancelona. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Torch center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We found a way to get it done," Viceronte said.
